Martin Condon is a Southern Oregon–based private chef known for creating thoughtful dining experiences that feel personal, elevated, and rooted in place.
Working throughout the Umpqua Valley, Martin collaborates with wineries, venues, and private hosts to design gatherings where food becomes part of the setting itself, from intimate wine pairing dinners to weddings and milestone celebrations.
Rather than offering preset menus, each experience begins with a conversation. Menus are shaped around the season, the location, and the people at the table.
The result is dining that feels intentional, welcoming, and deeply connected to the moment being celebrated.
